This is a technical draft, not a complete legal notice. Owner, contact, hosting, log retention and any providers must be defined before launch.
Local processing
Text, settings, designs and exported files are processed in browser memory. Opening a project reads only the selected JSON file. It is not uploaded. No microphone, camera or location is requested.
Optional local library
The StencilScale library uses only the cartaforma:projects:v1 localStorage key. It may contain up to eight copies with a name, date, text and settings. Each save, replacement or deletion requires an explicit command and confirmation. The open project is not saved automatically. Copies are not encrypted, synced or guaranteed against browser deletion. The delete command removes only the StencilScale key, never other browser data. No accounts, advertising, analytics, application cookies or service worker are added.
Files and hosting
Downloaded files stay on the device until you delete them. Project JSON contains the text. A public hosting provider may log requests and IP addresses; the owner must review and describe the actual provider’s behaviour.
